Batch #1 Pale Ale:

Tasting notes:

Our first beer we’ve brewed for you is a dry-hopped, copper-colored pale ale. It has a full flavor profile which is very approachable and not overpowering. Our goal was to make our first beer one where you could enjoy several while hanging with friends and watching the game.

ABV 6.5%

53 IBU

Brewed with Columbus and Ohio-grown Nugget hops balanced with German Pilsner, Crystal 20, and a dash of Chocolate malts.

Dry-hopped with Cascade and Simcoe hops.

Batch #2 Double IPA:

Tasting notes:

We made a straw colored, clean finishing double IPA with a nose of citrus. Tasting notes of clean citrus with hints of pine. Finishes clean and easy.

Not boozy tasting considering the ABV.

IBUs blanced nicely with mostly german pilsner malts and some Vienna. Hopped with Warrior, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic.

Batch #3 Rivals American Lager

Tasting notes:

This is our third beer we’ve brewed for you and it is an easy drinking, crushable American-style lager.

Brewed with Mount Hood and noble Saaz hops to provide the upfront flavor with Caramunich, Crystal 40, and Pilsner malts for balance.

ABV 6.0%

Batch #4 Seasonal Winter Warmer

Tasting notes:

A traditional winter warmer based on an Old English Ale style enhanced with cocoa nibs, sweet orange peel, all-spice and brown sugar.

This brew is a perfect accompaniment to a warm fire and the gathering of friends and family.

This ale is brewed with Kent Golding and Challenger hops and the malts include 2 Row Pale, Crystal 120, and Chocolate.

6.8% ABV

Batch #5 Seasonal Irish Red

Tasting notes:

This easy drinking, reddish copper ale is made within the traditional style guidelines. Rivals Irish Red has a light caramel sweetness that ends dry and toasty. The light floral hops and balanced malt profile lead to a clean and smooth finish.

This ale is brewed with East Kent Golding and Challenger hops and the malts include 2 Row Pale, Munich, and Roasted Malts.

5.5% ABV
