If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date we shipped it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  If you would like an equal priced item, or exchange of size – we will send the new item out to you. If you have indicated you would like a different item, we will issue a credit for a price difference if applicable.  An exchange with insufficient credit issued will be invoiced and asked to be paid prior to shipping.

Shipping

We keep our shipping and prices low to provide you with the best value possible.  Shipping costs are estimated by our carrier(s) prior to checkout and we add a $2 handling fee to all orders.  Orders ship within 2 business days of payment received. If there is a delay greater than 2 days, you will be notified by the email address you give us with your order.

If you would like to return your item, we’ll pay for it! Email us at contact@rivalscleveland.com and explain why you’d like to return your item and we’ll send you a shipping label. We can issue and exchange or credit as listed in our refund policy.
