Chef Jimmi’s creativity and passion for cooking have elevated the dining experience at Rivals to an all-new level.
Jimmi’s 10+ years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience is evident in the magnificent menu he has created at Rivals. It ranges from tempting pre-game appetizers…to mouth-watering sandwiches and wraps…to delicious signature entrees.
Two current Rivals customer favorites are Jimmi’s Prime Rib with rosemary au jus (served with horseradish whipped potatoes) and Blackened Salmon with linguini tossed in a Cajun cream sauce.
“I love being a chef, and I invest time into doing research so I can bring only the best to your table.
I buy local produce and meats to help promote hometown businesses. I’m also cultivating a home-grown herb garden to provide the freshest herbs for my recipes.

Jimmi is a married father of three girls and a boy. He lives in nearby Brook Park and is very involved in the community. When he isn’t busy creating delicious dishes here at Rivals he enjoys reading and planning his next trip to Disney World with his family.
